Loading Instructions

FliplockHold the clip with cut-outs uppermost as shown in photo 1.

FliplockThread the strap through the centre of the clip as shown in photo 2.

Fliplock Pass the strap over the cross pieces with the two cut-out’s (shown in photo 1).

Fliplock Loop the strap around and thread it back through the end slot of the clip as shown in photo 3.

FliplockLeave a loose end of approximately 50 mm through the clip as show in photo 4.

Fliplock Place the clip and strap on the pack as shown in photo 5 and thread the strap away down and around the pack.

Fliplock Thread the strap back up and pass it through the centre of the clip as show in photo 6.

FliplockLoop the strap around and thread it back through the end slot of the clip as shown in photo 7.

Fliplock Take up the slack strap so it is placed loosely around the pack.

FliplockTo pull the strap tight lock the bottom strap with one hand and pull through the slack strap with the other hand as shown in photo 8 above, as the final tension is applied the clip will roll over to lock the straps and hold the tension as shown in photo 9.

  Tightening with a Tension Tool   fliplock
 


Fliplock Apply the Fliplock Clip as shown on the Fliplock Loading Instructions, tensioning the strap loosly to the pack so that the tension tool can be applied under the strap.
Leave a loose end of strapping 300mm long.

Fliplock Place the tool under the strap that passes around the packare with the tension handle fully back and down (see photo 4) to raise the strap gripper on the tool to allow the strap to lay along the lool as shown opposite.
Release the tension leaver (photo 1).

Fliplock Thread the loose strap into the tension tool passing it through the cutter and onto the capstain as shown opposite.
Position the tension tool about 100m away from the clip as shown on the photo opposite.

Fliplock Tension the strap to the desired tension using the tension handle on the tool as shown opposite (photo 2).

Fliplock At the desired tension pull the tension handle fully back and down to cut the strap from the tool (photo 3)

Fliplock Hold the tension handle fully down to release the strap gripper on the tool and remove the tool from the strap as shown in photo 4.
